Stress keyword importance -Italicize
You want your keywords to stand out, another way to do this is to italicize them. Not all over the place mind you, and only if you can comfortable fit it into your content.
This follows the same rules as bolding and header tags and should be used where ever you can when you are doing your search enging optimization planning.
I am personally not a big fan of using fonts and crazy text beheviors in SEO, but there is not reason why you can include some in your body.
