Now that you have a list of Niche keywords now you must try and find out what phrases or key words people are using on major search engines to search for that subject.

There are several sites that will suggest free keywords. This search tool will give you keyword searches related to your keyword and the number of times the keyword has been searched for that month

But just finding the most search keywords and trying to optimize your website with that single keyword may not be the best strategy for you. 

There are sites that you will need to pay a premium to find potential keywords that people are using a lot but your competitors have yet to use those words.

Word Tracker Keywords - http://www.wordtracker.com

Word Tracker a bit pricey, but very easy to use.  Lots of keywords, short amount of time and they give related keywords that you can check with a click of the mouse. But it can be pretty expensive, especially if you are going to use it for a long term.

I suggest you purchase a keyword analytical program like Keyword Equalizer. 

There are many programs out there that will analyze keywords but Keyword Equalizer is one of the best ones we've seen.
